Romulan	The Shroud class Covert Operations Vessel This is a small reconnaissance vessel used by the Tal'Shiar for deep penetration of enemy space.  The Shroud is capable of atmospheric operations and surface landing, and is well-armed with an array of pulse disrupters, myotronic cannons and an aft torpedo to conserve hull space.  Although more compact, the Shroud is approximately the same size as the Federation Intrepid class.
